It has to end sometime. Alangan namang forever na lang tayong magkasya bilang:

A Nation of Princes and Paupers” — may Corinthian Gardens pero may Payatas; may Forbes Park pero may Bagong Silang; may naka-Porsche pero may nakatira sa kariton…

A Nation of Litterbugs and Conservationists” — sinasalba ang Pawikan pero sinasalaula ang Pasig River; pinaparami ang Haring Ibon pero inuubos ang kagubatan…

A Nation of Laws and of Lawlessness” — andami nating batas pero puno naman ng butas; may Anti-Torture Law pero may Salvagings; ang bawal ihiian ginagawang tambakan ng basura; bawal manigarilyo sa public transport pero exempted ang Driver?!

Unless…

OK lang sa atin na maging Proud and Ashamed to be Filipino at the same time.

Kaso sa’kin hindi OK eh.

Gusto ko maging “Proud to be Pinoy“… Proud lang!
