ARTICLE VI – THE PARLIAMENT
(1) The Members of the Parliament shall be elected by the qualified electors in their respective districts, except those under the Partylist, for a term of five years without limit as to the number thereof, which shall begin, unless otherwise provided by law, at noon on the thirtieth day of June next following their election.
