I tried reading the Humanae Vitae myself but, sadly, the beautiful words failed to move me. Maybe i was just too busy juxtaposing the "ideal" (His Holiness Pope Paul VI's words) with the actual (grinding poverty, "guilt education" masquerading as "sex education", overpopulation, etc.)... or maybe it's just me :-) The list of topics under His Holiness Pope John Paul II's Theology of the Body, on the other hand, just plain overwhelmed me.
